How much does roof maintenance cost?
Our annual maintenance plan ranges from $150 to $350, depending on roof size. It includes two inspections per year, gutter cleanouts, debris removal, and minor repairs like nail caulking and sealant touch-ups.

What happens during a roof inspection?
