Medium Roof

SCOPE OF WORK
What's included?
Two roof maintenance inspections per year for the duration of five (5) years.
Maintenance services include, but are not limited to:
- Inspection of roof surface, flashings, and penetrations.
- Removal of debris and small repair services, if necessary.
- Checking for water pooling or drainage issues.
- Inspection of gutters, downspouts, and related drainage systems.
- Reporting on any necessary larger repairs or replacements.
